Extremely Disappointing Service by Puropelle

I placed an order for shoes from Puropelle on 1st August 2026.

After 22 days with no update, I contacted them myself to check the status. Their response was shocking. They said they had called me once, I didn't pick up, so they cancelled my order.

Firstly, at the time of placing the order, it was never mentioned that I would receive a confirmation call. Secondly, I never received any cancellation message, email or text from them.

Now, after making me wait for 22 days, they are simply telling me to place a new order.

This is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of responsibility towards customers. If you cannot deliver an order, the least you can do is inform the customer properly.

Very disappointed. Not recommended.
